Self defense is not about fighting back; it’s about defusing a situation, de-escalating, and shutting down a potential conflict. Sometimes that’s physical, and sometimes it’s verbal. Our Men’s Only Workshops help men learn to defend themselves safely with de-escalation techniques and physical techniques that are effective.
